NET UNLOCK unlock of database record in a network environment:

Syntax:

  NET UNLOCK [<rest>]

Function:
~~~~~~~~~
It is a network version of clipper command UNLOCK...,
the COMMIT command is performed and then UNLOCK [<rest>].
